This prospective cohort study evaluates early postnatal predictors of surgical intervention in 212 neonates with antenatally detected hydronephrosis (ANH) at a tertiary pediatrics center in India. This research provides a data-driven framework to guide individualized follow-up and optimize surgical timing, reducing unnecessary imaging and improving patient outcomes.
